Busy with marketing, but unsure what’s actually working?
A simple way to decide what to keep, what to improve and what to stop.

Choose a business goal first
More posts is an activity, not a business goal. Start with something concrete: enquiries for a particular service, bookings during a quieter period or repeat purchases. Decide what useful progress would look like.
Follow one customer journey
Pick one offer and trace the path from a post, search or advert to the page people land on and the action you want them to take. Check that the message is consistent and that each step answers the next likely question.
Give each channel a job
Your website might explain and convert interest, email might support repeat business, and social might help people understand your work. Some overlap is natural, but a clear role makes it easier to decide what deserves attention.
Review outcomes, then simplify
Bring costs, time spent and relevant enquiries into one short review. Ask customers how they heard about you when tracking is incomplete. Keep useful activity, improve weak steps and stop work that has no clear purpose.
