People visit your website. Why aren’t they getting in touch?
Before paying for more traffic, check whether your website makes the next step clear.

Start with the first screen
Ask someone unfamiliar with your business to look at your homepage. Can they explain what you do, who it is for and what to do next? If not, replace broad slogans with a clear offer. Put the main action where it is easy to find.
Answer the questions that delay a decision
Customers may need to know where you work, what a typical project involves, how pricing works or whether you handle their particular problem. Review recent enquiries and use those questions to improve your service pages.
Try the enquiry journey on your phone
Follow the route from a service page to submitting an enquiry. Look for hard-to-tap buttons, unnecessary fields and unclear error messages. Test that the message actually arrives and that the customer receives a clear confirmation.
Measure useful actions
Visits alone cannot tell you whether the site is helping. Where appropriate consent is in place, measure completed enquiries and relevant contact actions. Review enquiry quality as well as volume before deciding what to change.
